It’s just SO annoying when you have got used to a process that works perfectly well and then the designers suddenly decide to do away with it for absolutely no good reason."....... Well, no. Have you ever considered that maybe they don't make changes for 'absolutely no good reason' but in response to focus groups, market research, feedback from millions of customers, or competitor developments? Just because you don't like it doesn't mean the change was as pointless as you subjectively think it is. In fact, why waste millions of dollars developing a product and writing lines of new code for 'absolutely no good reason'? It's not how businesses work.
